At Rebel Hound, every product is crafted with intention and built for the journey. Because many of our items are custom-made and personalized, our return policy is designed to protect both our craftsmanship and your experience.

All custom engraved ID tags and personalized products are final sale.

Because each piece is made specifically for your dog, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless:

• The item arrives damaged
• There is a manufacturing defect
• We made an error in engraving

If we made a mistake, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Non-custom items (such as bandanas, accessories, or ready-to-ship products) may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:

• Item is unused and unworn
• Item is in original condition
• Item is returned in original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment (excluding original shipping fees).

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Email us at info@rebel-hound.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item
• A brief description of the issue

We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After production begins, custom orders cannot be canceled.

Our brass tags are made from solid brass and may develop a natural patina over time. This is not considered a defect — it is part of the character of the material.
